CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Pre-Order Items:
- All items are made-to-order and custom manufactured
- Deposits are non-refundable once production begins
- Production begins [2 weeks after order] or specific date.
- Cancellations accepted only during pre-order collection period
- No refunds once manufacturing has started

Defective Items:
- We MIGHT replace or refund defective products
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Must provide photos of defect

Exchanges:
- Size exchanges available (customer pays shipping)
- Must be unworn with tags attached
- Available within 21 days of delivery to you.
