🛍️ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so here's how our returns and refunds work:

✅ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Packaged in the original packaging

After the 7-day window, returns will not be accepted unless an ongoing issue is under investigation and we've explicitly approved an exception.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products with visible signs of use 

There are no refunds in pre-order when production has already begin. Deposits are non-refundable once you pay your deposit, you already made an order.

⚠️ Defective or Damaged Products

We understand things can happen in transit. While we usually do not refund products that arrive damaged or defective (as they are no longer in our care), we’re happy to investigate the issue. If possible, we’ll work with you to resolve it—whether through a fix, replacement, or another solution.

To qualify for review, you must contact us at aymeric1st@gmail.com within the 7-day window from delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

📦 Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product arrives at our HQ and passes inspection.
  • Products found to be tampered with or replaced will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping, customs, and handling fees. We will refund only the product price.
